Ken Alger Chief Financial Officer
Ken Alger served on the board at Gajeske before joining the company as CFO in 2019. Ken’s extensive background in finance has established a solid economic foundation for Gajeske that has steered the company through the severe downturn of the energy sector that started in 2019, as well through the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, thanks in large part to Ken’s expertise, Gajeske is financially positioned for continued growth and expansion.
Bob Gajeske, Jr., Chief Executive Officer/Co-Founder
Bob Gajeske, Jr., known in the industry as Junior, has been with Gajeske since his father, Bob Gajeske, Sr., started it in 1986. He was in his last semester of undergraduate studies in accounting at Southwest Texas State University when his brother sadly passed away and his father asked Bob, Jr., to become his partner in the business. At the time, Gajeske, Inc., was just a small facility in Northwest Houston.
Since Bob has been part of the company, it has expanded to five branches and six warehouses throughout Texas, with the corporate office located in Houston alongside our largest warehouse. The company now serves clients throughout the southern United States.
Additionally, Bob is on the Board for the Texas Gas Association (TGA), is a member of the Plastic Pipe Institute (PPI), and is known in the industry as an expert source of knowledge for all things HDPE. He’s also been a McElroy-certified trainer for 30 years and has spent over two decades building lasting relationships with many Gajeske customers.
