Our History
In 1986, Bob Gajeske, Sr., founded Gajeske, Inc., in a Northwest Houston garage with a stock of small-diameter, medium-density polyethylene pipe and tubing for the gas distribution industry.
Over the next three decades, Gajeske grew into a full-service solution, offering not only a multimillion-dollar inventory of pipe products, but also an unparalleled suite of services that includes equipment rental and sales, fabrication, consulting, repair, and training.
Our Founder
Bob Gajeske, Sr.
April 5, 1932 – May 21, 2018
Bob Gajeske, Sr., born on April 5, 1932, was a go-getter from a young age, his first job being hauling rocks with his father as soon as he was old enough to work. After high school, Robert received his Associate of Arts degree in Electrical Engineering from Blinn College in Brenham.
When he was 20, Bob joined the U.S. Army during the Korean War and was stationed at Fort Bliss in El Paso, Texas. After completing his time in the service, Bob began working at the Tex-Tube division of Cyclops. After 31 years with Tex-Tube, and 3 children later, Robert decided to go into business for himself and founded Gajeske, Inc.
Bob Gajeske, Sr. was a true pioneer of polyethylene, positioning Gajeske at the forefront of the industry and paving the way for our tradition of service and performance to continue for decades to come.
