Newly re-designed MegaMc® machines bring the flexibility of smaller machines to large diameter fusion. All machines have a removable carriage for in-ditch fusions and can be converted to top-loading heater and facer. All MegaMc® Machines feature McElroy’s patented Centerline Guidance System for equal distribution of force around the joint, a semi-automatic hydraulic control system, serrated jaws and inserts, powerful hydraulic facers with advanced blade design, ISO-compliant industrial Teflon-coated heater plates, hard-anodized aluminum wear surfaces for corrosion resistance, hydraulic pipe lifts, hydraulic clamping, and are Datalogger compatible.

High, medium, and low-force cylinder MegaMc® 824 machines available, with removable 3 or 4-jaw carriage for close quarter use, hydraulic pivoting heater and facer that can be easily converted to top loading for confined spaces, and rugged outriggers for added stability.
