All machines have a removable carriage for in-ditch fusions and can be converted to top-loading heater and facer. All MegaMc® Machines feature McElroy’s patented Centerline Guidance System for equal distribution of force around the joint, a semi-automatic hydraulic control system, serrated jaws and inserts, powerful hydraulic facers with advanced blade design, ISO-compliant industrial Teflon-coated heater plates, hard-anodized aluminum wear surfaces for corrosion resistance, hydraulic pipe lifts, hydraulic clamping, and are Datalogger compatible.
