In order to provide a viable solution for water management at CB&I’s Hackberry LNG facility in Louisiana, Gajeske pre-fabricated more than 2,000 spools of polyethylene HDPE piping. Design and field services were also implemented to assist in meeting the specific needs of the client.
With WT Byler acting as contractor, Gajeske successfully completed approximately five miles of piping, supplying all material and fusion for installation. This project, located in Portland, TX at the Hot Briquetted Iron Plant, facilitated the transportation of industrial waste water and was also utilized for the intake and discharge of sea water.
Richard Construction and WT Byler contracted with Gajeske to provide piping and fusion equipment for a three-mile installation of pipe ranging from 4” to 36”. This water-transfer system was completed on-time and on-budget with zero failures.
