Bob Gajeske, Chief Executive Officer of Gajeske, Inc., has been with the company since its founding over 30 years ago. Bob studied accounting at Southwest Texas State University until May of 1987 when he moved to Houston to assist his father with his plan to go into business for himself. Bob and his father, Bob Gajeske Sr., started Gajeske out of a small facility in Northwest Houston, selling mostly small diameter MDPE gas pipe. Over the last 30 years, Bob’s responsibilities within the business have included but are not limited to operations, management, business development, shipping/receiving, purchasing, inside and outside sales, accounting, fusion, and even training. He has been instrumental in facilitating growth and change; developing practical policies and procedures, creating specialty training modules to help educate engineers and train new employees.
